I am going to give you this quick and easy everyday makeup routine that will teach you how to get ready fast, especially in the morning. If you are a reader of my blog then you know how I roll. I believe in NOT leaving the house like who did it and what for. And although many women try to fight me on this, the fact of the matter is, is that a quick makeup look is just that. Quick. It does not have to be time-consuming and once you are able to master your everyday makeup routine then you can feel confident that you are leaving your house looking your personal best and not busted.
Because let’s face it. You never know who you may see.
- An ex
- A man you are interested in.
- An old high school friend.
- A boss.
- Someone who can give you a job.
And to be honest I have literally run into these various people while I was out and about and I was always glad that I had mastered the quick makeup routine and was not out and about in the world looking busted when I ran into someone I knew or was interested in getting to know. So first, thing is first. 1. Makeup For Daily Routine ~ First Step In Your EveryDay Makeup Routine
First thing is first. When doing an everyday makeup routine you put on some foundation. You can click my blog here for my recommendations for foundation. But typically I use full coverage foundation. You can also choose to use a tint or no foundation at all. This part is optional.
2. Everyday Makeup Tutorial ~ The Second Step For Your Quick Makeup Look
The second step to the quick makeup routine is to fill in your eyebrows. The key to getting ready fast and not spending a lot of time on your eyebrows is simply keeping your eyebrows arched at all times. That way when you get ready to do your everyday makeup routine, the only thing you have to do is simply fill them in. Which will take you seconds. 3. Makeup Routine For Beginners ~ The Third Step For The Everyday Makeup Look Is The Eyes
In the beauty bag that I created for this everyday makeup look, I choose highlighting colors. That is because the colors are very forgiving. Meaning that you do not have to spend a lot of time on your eyes and you do not have to be an expert. Just take the eyeshadow brush, also included in the kit, along with a highlight and evenly distribute it on your eyes.
4. Everyday Makeup Tutorial ~ The Fourth Step To Your Quick Makeup Look
Is to bronze the rest of your face. This is something that I also mentioned in my no-makeup makeup look blog as well. Just add bronzer and highlight on certain parts of your face ( which includes your cheekbones and t-zone). Once again this process does not have to be hard. I included a brush within the beauty bag kit that will help you out. And show you how none hard this hard to be. Just brush and blend and then add blush in the hollows of your cheeks. This step is optional but when you add blush, it is a quick and easy way to add dimensions to your cheeks and elevate your look.
5. Everyday Makeup Tutorial ~ Fifth Step Of The Quick Makeup Look
Add eyeliner. For some reason eyeliner always makes you look fancier than you really are. You can even skip the third step and add eyeliner without the highlight on your eyes. The point is, is that adding eyeliner can glamorize your look instantly and it takes very minimal effort and time to do.
6. Makeup Routine For Beginners ~ Final Step, Add Gloss
To make this everyday makeup look easy, just add gloss. You do not have to add lip liner or pick a color. The gloss that comes in the beauty bag is a simple gloss that will give you a natural look and it looks good on most skin tones. Once again the gloss takes seconds to apply and can even be carried with you to re-apply quickly during the day.
Optional Step: Your Hair
This can be an optional step, but for me, this is such a quick and easy way to do my hair and that is to put on a cap do.
